Aquatic & Marine Science Workshop

The Aquarium's unique facility and emphasis on aquatic and marine sciences provides an opportunity for teachers to apply "real world" science.

Educators will learn aquatic and marine science concepts that develop their skills and address the National Science Education Standards (NSES) that were designed to "guide our nation toward a scientifically literate society." Aquatic and Marine Science for Today's Classroom Teacher demonstrates how educators can use the National Aquarium to help their students meet national standards.
